MEI Announces Cube International as UK Major Events partner
Major Events International (MEI) has announced a strategic partnership with Cube International for the forthcoming UK Major Events Summit.
At a time of significant change and uncertainty for the UK event ecosystem ranging from sport to festivals, outdoor shows to business conferences and expos, the November UK-focused Summit will serve to facilitate sharing of best practice across this diverse range of communities and, at long-last, get the chance to meet physically and renew or build new relationships.
“We have been incredibly impressed with Cube’s creativity and enthusiasm to support the wider events industry” explained MEI COO, Andy Rice, “and are so very pleased that they have chosen to extend their association with the MEI network, and the communities we knit together, beyond the International Federations Summit to now include the UK Major Events Summit. Our partnership weds the Cube-supported WSA Conference and Awards, with our own UK events Summit to help champion the issue of equality and diversity in sport and entertainment.”
Commenting on the partnership, Cube International’s Chairman, Andy Moss, said, “MEI brings together people and businesses, providing a platform for communication and engagement; it is this formula that Cube embraces, enhancing our own philosophy of collaboration and partnership and is the reason why we have decided to continue our support of the MEI events programme, capitalising on the success of the Federations Summit earlier in the year.”
The Cube International group provides the sports, events, ecommerce, retail and modular portable building industries with innovative, end-to-end, award-winning solutions.
