Job Title: Workshop and Installation Technician
Reporting to: Contracts Manager
Location: Upton upon Severn, Worcestershire (flexibility on travel required)
Salary: £20k-£30k, subject to experience
Hours of work: 48 hours per week
Due to the Cube group’s rapid growth, an opportunity has arisen for two Workshop and Installation Technicians to join the Cube Management team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the assembly of modular buildings both in the workshop in Upton on Severn and on site at customer locations. The buildings range from flatpack steel containers through to polycarbonate kiosks.
The ability to carry our modular building general maintenance and repairs will also be part of the job.
The ideal candidates will have a good level of practical ability and building experience and be able to use a wide range of tools. A really good sense of judgement is also vital to the role.

- A positive attitude and a real commitment to teamwork
- A high level of common sense
- Reasonable stamina and good levels of fitness
- Experience or training in the assembly of modular buildings and structures, or experience in a similar industry
- Practicality and knowledge of plumbing and electrics would be an advantage but not essential
- Driving licence
- Towing license and forklift licences preferable, but can be trained and achieved in role
- Knowledge and appreciation of health and safety at work
- A flexibility towards working hours, including out of hours and weekend work
- Willingness to travel
